Get a fantastic view of downtown Denver to the East and the Rocky Mountains to the West. The summit was used as a lookout point by the Ute tribe and it is the resting place for famous Buffalo Bill.

We had a great day, small group 6 people, our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly! So sorry we forgot his name but he had a Poney tail! Great guy he helped us with pics and told us so much about local history and cultural facts! Totally worth it!!

Unfortunately my tour to the Red Rocks was cancelled due to low group size so instead, I was allowed to take the tour to the Rocky Mountains and Idaho Springs. It may be out of place for me to share but I care to leave a review to share my experience. The tour to the Rockies was amazing, the sights from miles up were incredible. My tour guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The stop to Idaho Springs on the way back to Denver was a great little treat visit the city quaint downtown area. Despite not seeing going on the Red Rocks tour, this was a wonderful consolation to up for it. I imagine the tour to the Red Rocks would be equally as amazing if my group had the same tour guide.

Last Minute Booking That Really Paid Off!

I initially signed up for this tour but since they didn’t have enough sign-ups for the day I booked, Jerry my tour guide politely reached out to me and offered the Rocky Mountain Escape tour for the same time/day and price. I was happy I took the offer! The tour was somewhat brief but packed a punch! My favorite location was Echo Lake Park for sure. I would definitely book again!

Our tour guide Jerry S was fantastic! At one point he noticed we were big animal lovers so he took a few extra minutes to go to a lookout where we could see bison. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
