Please take note of the following instructions to help you find your driver: Please immediately switch on your mobile phone. Your sim card could be inactive, so please try to connect your device with the Wifi available at the airport. The driver will try to call you (or text you) through Whatsapp. After you have collected your luggage, please walk out of the main exit of your Terminal. Your Talixo driver will wait you there. Unfortunately your driver cannot show your full name on the pick up sign due to a new law established by the local government. Therefore your driver will wait for you holding a sign with their company logo. The Driver will try to contact you in advance to confirm the exact company name/logo that you should look for.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
