Enjoy a personalized adventure and explore the city safely, with one of our professional local guides. Enjoy this private and intimate affair. Your private journey can start at any time of your choosing! Enjoy the same bike route as our public Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito tour. This tour starts from our Tour Center in Fisherman's Wharf, and rides along the San Francisco waterfront, over the Golden Gate Bridge and into Sausalito. The tour will conclude in downtown Sausalito. After your tour you can enjoy a nice lunch in Sausalito, browse the shops,. Post tour, folks can return back to San Francisco by riding the bike back at your own pace. Also, you can optionally take a ferry back to the city (Ferry ticket not included), and in high season we offer a Sausalito bike drop for those who wish to leave their bike in Sausalito for an extra fee.

After the bike tour concludes in Sausalito, riders can utilize our Sausalito drop-off (additional cost and depends on availability), take their bike with them back on the ferry to San Francisco (additional cost), or ride back. Bikes due back by closing at 2661 Taylor Street.

Itinerary

  • Fisherman’s Wharf

    The bike tour departs from 2661 Taylor Street- and traverses an awesome citywide loop that covers about a dozens neighborhoods and districts- all on flat paths circumnavigating the SF hills. You won't tire out, as you will be riding an electric bike!!

    Aquatic Park, just a few blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf, provides beautiful views of the San Francisco waterfront.See the iconic views of Ghiradelli Square, the Hyde Street piers, and the neighborhood Russian Hill.

    See the former military fort, Fort Mason. Now a recreation center for local artistic events, fairs, and gourmet street food affairs.

    Listen to the sounds of the oceans as you ride by Crissy Field.

    Admire the grand Palace of Fine Arts, which was built in 1915 for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition. The structure has been restored, and today hosts concerts and events.

Great Family Ride in the Bay Area!

Our trip was from Fisherman's Wharf to Sausalito on electric bikes. The scenery was beautiful, the electric boost on the bikes was wonderful to have on a couple of hills. Our guide, Adam, was very informative and discussed our interests with us so he could tailor his talk along the way. We were also interested in seeing birds, and Adam was helpful in seeing that we saw many. We will recommend this to any friends heading to the area!

Had a great time biking the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito, and Adam, the tour guide was great and took good care of us. Enjoyed the sceneries and tour stops such as Fort Mason and Palace of Fine Arts.

Spectacular ride on SF coastline

Very nicely done! Adam was efficient, passionate and was a treat to ride with. The route is spectacular with lots of lovely lookouts. We went on thanksgiving when the Sausalito ferry was not operating and they refunded that amount.
