Located in Old Town Waterfront. (Olas Altas) Between The Belmar Hotel and the Looney Bean Coffee Shop. We are One mile away from the Cruise Ship Terminal. Walking distance is about 20 minutes. On a taxi less than 5 minutes.

Itinerary

  • Playa Olas Altas

    The tour begins and ends at Olas Altas. After training is competed part of the tour is on the boardwalk in our way to see the cliff divers.

  • Catedral Mazatlan Basilica de la Inmaculada Concepcion

    One of the attractions is the Cathedral in the main square. Typically is one of the rest stops. Visiting is optional. Some guests prefer to go in and others stay in the plaza resting. Just ask Carlos "Charlie" your guide, and he will be happy to accommodate you.

  • Plaza Machado

    Machado square is another stopping point in the center of Old Town. One of the city's most beautiful spaces, and the epicenter of Mazatlan's cultural renaissance.

  • Punta de Clavadistas

    The Cliff Divers perform at a location called "El Clavadista" as it is officially known. The tradition of cliff diving in Mazatlan dates from the mid 1900's when the platform that is still used today was constructed on the Malecon just north of Olas Altas Beach.

Our tour lasted about 2 hours, including a short instructional for first time riders. Our guide Gus, was patient and knowledgeable. We had a great time!

Fun and interesting segway tour!

Loved this 2 hour tour around Mazatlan! Our local guide Gus was very knowledgeable about the various areas we visited and so so nice! One of the best guides we've ever had. We toured several city squares, many small streets with beautiful homes and architecture. Then went to north beach to see the local fisherman and boats. Covered a lot of ground and the 2 hours flew by! Highly recommend this tour!!

Great historic tour while balancing on Segway

Carlos, the licensed tour guide, started the tour by giving a quick but efficient training in riding a Segway. Then he took us on a captivating, informative and exciting tour of the historic center, followed by the new downtown with practical travel tips, We finished the tour with a picturesque ride on the Malecon. Great experience!

Oh so fun! Carlos, as many others have mentioned, packs so much into the 2 1/2 hours, and sure does know his beloved city! I have to recommend the 5 pm tour—Old Mazatlan is absolutely magical at night! The lights, the Malecón (boardwalk) with cliff divers, beautiful narrow streets with restored buildings dressed with amazing paintings, even buildings that trees have grown into! You MUST put this on your to-do list when you come to Mazatlan! Thanks , Carlos!
