You can enjoy a beautiful view of Mount Fuji over Lake Kawaguchi. There are two different views of Mount Fuji. One is the mountain itself and the other is inverted in its reflection on the water. (It takes 30mins from Mt.Fuji 5th station to Lake Kawaguchi and travelers usually stay at Lake Kawaguchi for 30mins)

Owakudani is the area around a crater created during the last eruption of Mount Hakone some 3000 years ago. Today, much of the area is an active volcanic zone where sulfurous fumes and hot springs can be experienced. It also has good views of Mount Fuji on clear days. Eggs cooked in Owakudani's hot spring pools with their shells blackened by the sulfur are on sale at shops in the area, and eating one is said to prolong one's life by seven years. (It takes 1hour from Lake Kawaguchi to Hakone and travelers usually stay at Owaku-dani Valley for 40mins)

Hakone shrine was built in 757. Many military commanders prayed at this shrine devotedly, which brought it fame throughout the country. It has a big gate. It provides an excellent view as it looks like floating on the lake ashi.

You can take a sightseeing ship which navigates Lake Ashi. It looks like a pirate ship! On a clear day, a breathtaking view of Mt.Fuji and the gate of Hakone shrine can be enjoyed from the ship. (Travelers usually stay at Lake Ashinoko for 40mins and it takes 2hours from Hakone to Tokyo)

Our driver Soya was terrific. Car comfortable, excellent driver on windy roads and was always there just when we needed him. Toshi our guide was also excellent! She was knowledgeable about the area found a great place for a ramen lunch and took care of everything. Both spoke excellent English.

I have had tour guides lead me places but our guide Ryu, from Outech is a great sample of a pro. Not only did he get us there but he also accompanied us and explained things in a way that was not overbearing. He is very knowledgeable and able to answer questions easily. Having a conversation is not hard and made the trip informational and more interesting. I love that he brought us to a restaurant that served noodles made out of pumpkin well ahead of a huge lunch crowd. . That was a nice experience! Say something

I would love to thank Ms Fujiwara for absolutely amazing trip!! Her professionalism and knowledge made our trip to Mt Fuji unforgettable!! She was very polite, accommodating and very safe driver!! We had to experience Ms Fujiwara service on the few occasions and always has been not 5 but 7 stars service!!!!! Her English were perfect!!I would highly recommend her for any trips!!! Thank you so much Ms Fujiwara!!!
Memorable trip with Outech

Our driver guide Gen Ko is friendly and trustworthy, he has taken good care of us throughout our 2 days tour - Mt Fuji/Hakone Tour and Nikko tour. Though we did not manage to see the Sakura Blossom but still have a memorable trip. We will definitely engage Outech service and recommend Gen Ko to be our driver guide if we make another trip to Japan again!

Our tour guide, Angie, was so funny and informative with great stories, too. The day was jam-packed with lots of fantastic activities and opportunities to see Mt.Fuji from different vantage points. The quaint village we stopped at before our lunch was so neat! The bullet train back to Tokyo was also a highlight! I highly recommend doing this day trip while visiting Tokyo!!
