  • Zona Arqueologica de Monte Alban

    It is a very flexible half-day option We will meet at our office or we will pick up the tourists at their accommodations, gather the group and that's it, we will travel 30 minutes to Monte Alban There our guide will be waiting for us either in Spanish or English (choose) Let's buy our entrance tickets (Not Included $95MXN -Sep2024) and our tour will begin We are well known for the quality of our guides, passionate, expert and they make the visit very enjoyable, check out our reviews. Our guide will explain the history of the archaeological site (Duration of explanation in Spanish 1hr-1.30hr) (English 2hrs) and then we will have free time to take photos. The guide and/or driver will recommend the time to meet at the end of the tour. (Optional) *If you want to spend more time at the site, you can take advantage of our collective transportation service to Oaxaca every hour FREE OF CHARGE, ask our guide and operator for more information. The return trip will take 30 minutes to the center of the city.

Miguel is an amazing tour guide. He has deep knowledge of Monte Alban and the Zapotec people and shared it through memorable storytelling. We feel lucky to have experienced this. The van was on time and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Driver was great and safe, tour guide Miguel was extremely knowledgeable, great storyteller and looked out for interests of the group. For example he discussed issues he would not have with a different mix of guests. Good timing for the tour and visit, overall a top notch experience.

The tour guide (english tour) was so passionate about Monte Albon, which made the tour phenomenal. He knew so much and you could feel he loves what he does. The way he involved the group was great too, it didn’t feel like someone reading off a script at all. I know if the tour was longer he would’ve had even more to say but he did his best within the time we had together.
