Nancy was an exceptionally kind and attentive driver-guide. She was punctual in picking us up from the hotel and took great care of all our needs throughout the trip, making our journey smooth and enjoyable.

The experience was fantastic. We knew where to meet and was updated of any changes. Our guide, Aiman was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much about New Zealand. He also took us to this great little berries farm with fresh ice cream post Hobbiton. If you book with tbia company for any tour, I hope you get Aiman.
