    a visit the Catacombs, a maze of underground Christian cemeteries dating to the 1st century, this is a unique experience to walk the eerie tunnels filled with empty tomb niches and beautiful frescoes. Note: the tour of the catacomb is giving by the guides of the catacomb and you would join a bigger group to do this part of the tour.

    Appian Way ( Via Appia Antica) the most ancient road built by the Roman. This ancient road is where Spartacus and 6,000 of his followers were crucified, and where St. Peter had a vision of Christ as he left Rome in 64 A.D. The road still retains many of its original paving stones!

This tour was both educational and atmospheric. Walking through the ancient catacombs, surrounded by history, was incredible. Our guide explained everything clearly, including the significance of the burial sites and how they were used. The semi-private setting made the tour more enjoyable, as we didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed by crowds. It was one of the best tours I’ve ever joined!

This tour was such a unique way to explore the history of Rome. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about the catacombs. It felt so special being in a small group of only eight people, making it easier to ask questions and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Walking through the tunnels and learning about early Christian history was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for history lovers!
