Great food, wine, and history of Genoa

This was such a great tour :) we loved getting a bit of history of Genoa with our tour, and sampling the local cuisine and wine. Lorenzo took good care of us and was so knowledgeable, we definitely recommend booking a tour with him!

Relaxing taste sensation

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed being lead around some of Genova's special food and wine spots by the warm and hospitable Lorenzo. There was just enough recorded and anecdotal history to leave us feeling a little more educated about the superb city. The tasting experience exceeded our expectations. The generous portions and variety of foods were followed by an intimate wine tasting that complemented the time spent among great company. We were welcomed at every turn by the locals who clearly share close ties with Lorenzo and Genova.

Lorenzo was beyond amazing. He is so passionate and knowledgeable, not only in regards to Genova’s history, but also the food and wine! Lorenzo is warm, welcoming and speaks fantastic english!

Lorenzo was our tour guide and he took us to some of the best places in Genova. He was very knowledgeable and was very easy to talk to. We felt that the places that he took us really did cater to the locals and they were so good that we kept on going back to them. We highly recommend doing this food tour to get to know the city's food culture.
