I had read other comments saying the earpiece did not work well. That happened to me & the guide promptly replaced it. She was knowledgeable and easy to follow. I toured the Doge’s Palace and Saint Marks Basilica. Both were fascinating. I highly recommend these tours.

Response time was great. Tour guide was amazing!! Thought it was a little less walking but tour guide walked us through everything and gave a background on everything that we saw! Very knowledgeable!
