    Overview

    Echizen chest of drawers is packed with Echizen ware, which has been designated as a Japanese heritage site as one of the ``Six Ancient Kilns of Japan,'' as well as local techniques such as Echizen lacquerware and Echizen cutlery. I changed the shape from the original chest of drawers to a box that holds my precious Echizen ware sake cups that I made myself. Also, by following the process of making local sake, you will surely fall in love with Echizen Sabae when you can connect all the stories of the chest of drawers, sake vessels, and local sake.
