In the historic space of the national tangible cultural property “Nakano-tei ,” we will deliver a one-day collaboration the PREMIUM DINING experience where the long-established Japanese restaurant “Uosaburo” and “Steak Kappo Shiki”
Uosaburo
It was founded in 1764. It is a famous restaurant that led the fish market in Fushimi, has a history of serving daimyo residences as a cooking method, and offers traditional Kyoto cuisine using seafood and Kyoto vegetables from the Seto Inland Sea.
Steak Kappo Shiki
Established 30 years ago, this Japanese restaurant is particular about seasonal specialty ingredients in Nagaokakyo, Kyoto. You can enjoy seasonal cuisine with carefully selected ingredients, such as the finest Japanese black beef and local organic vegetables.
