Pickup Details

We monitor and track all the flights, we will pick you up even if your flight is delayed. Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 60 min after arrival time. The driver will then wait a further 30 minutes before leaving the airport or the port unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area. That is a total of 90 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed or after the cruise have arrived. If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee. If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible. Heathrow Airport waiting area: Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 we meet our customers by WHSmith. Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 we meet our customers at Nero Coffee. Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 we meet our customers at Costa Coffee. Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 we meet our customers at Costa Coffee. Cruise arrivals waiting area: Queen Elizabeth II Terminal Mayflower Terminal City Terminal Ocean Terminal Horizon Cruise Terminal Please specify your arrival time and Cruise Terminal. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
