    Aireville Park is a large open space with sporting facilities and play areas in the heart of Skipton. It dates back to the 1830s when it was created by Henry Allcock as part of the Aireville Estate. Upon his death, wealthy Skipton mill owners, the Dewhurst family, purchased the estate and Aireville Hall.

Brilliant experience everyone should do

Brilliant, was supposed to be a trip for my grandson but my ex daughter in law pulled the plug 7 am same day for no reason. So grannie and Grandad went on their own. It was also nearly the anniversary of my pops passing and he had a boat on both the river and the canal, so a glass was raised in memory instead. Staff on board friendly and the commentary was amazing. Never gonna forget why there are holes in pies in Wigan. Well done guys. Thank you for a wonderful trip. Well worth every penny.

Had an hour's trip on the canal cruise and it was entertaining and informative. Great fun and well worth it. The captain and crew were friendly and knowledgeable.

Grandsons and our first trip on a canal boat

We booked online very easy , took little grandson of 2 years old . We did the one hour trip. The boat was enclosed , this was our first ever time on a canal boat . They do a 30minute trip and this was open which looked nice , even better when the sun is shining . Staff were warm and friendly and the little lad loved to wave to the young man who opened the bridges on the canal for the boat and waved to little lad . Thanks for a lovely trip , the voice of spiky was informative and funny while you are on the cruise . Thank you
