Of course, there are stops at the Gum Wall Starbucks and the flying fish market. Your gastronomic exploration includes the aromatic allure of Seattle's world-renowned coffee culture. Sip on a freshly brewed cup of rich, locally sourced coffee as you learn about the city's love affair with the bean. Thoughtful Chef Tours is permitted and licensed by the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority (PDA) to operate in the Pike Place market Historical District. The PDA requires any business or person conducting paid tours within its properties and in the public areas of the historical district to be pre-approved and to have a license for this activity.

This tour was amazing! Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the market. I have never been to Seattle, but my husband and mother-in-law are from the area, and they said they even learned something new. It was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend it!!!

I didnt realize just how large the market was. So glad i booked a tour. Carolyn was very informative and great conversationalist. We hit very interesting spots with the right variety of food, coffee and story. Highly recommend and would book again.
