Explore the beautiful town of Victoria on the Victoria Clipper V fast ferry, leaving from downtown Seattle at Pier 69. The high-speed Victoria Clipper V will take you on a relaxing 3-hour cruise through the Puget Sound to Victoria’s Inner Harbor. This passenger-only ferry features a host of great amenities, including comfortable seats, an onboard duty-free gift shop and locally-sourced food and beverages available for purchase.

Itinerary

Walk on the sleek, high-speed Victoria Clipper V for a scenic ride from downtown Seattle’s Pier 69 to the heart of downtown Victoria. Relax on the less than three-hour cruise through Puget Sound into the Strait of Juan De Fuca. Wide, roomy and comfortable seats provide ample leg room, making your trip easy and relaxing. Some seats have tables so you can enjoy locally sourced food and beverage right at your seat (meals and beverages are not included). You will dock at Victoria's Inner Harbor - right in the heart of downtown Victoria. This convenient docking area gives you the freedom to start exploring Victoria on your own the minute your step off the boat. Return to the boat 1-hour prior to departure and enjoy a beautiful cruise back to Seattle.

  • This is a passenger-only ferry service. Autos, etc. are not allowed.
  • Restrictions occur with bikes and dogs; you must advise at time of booking if you need to bring a bike or dog on board
  • A US Passport, Passport Card, Enhanced Driver License or an Enhanced ID Card (EDL/ID) is REQUIRED to cross the US/Canadian border by land and sea. A Passport is required for air travel. A Passport Card or EDL/ID are NOT valid for air travel.
  • Persons with a felony may be denied entrance into Canada. A DUI is considered a felony in Canada.
  • Passengers are allowed 1 small carry on. Checked luggage is $20.00 per piece of luggage, each way.
  • Please let us know ahead of time if you need wheelchair accessibility and we will arrange to have you boarded early.
  • If you are traveling with an infant 11 months or younger please include their name and date of birth in reservation
  • FRS Clipper's Comfort and Vista Class seating is available for upgrade. Please call tour provider for pricing and availability.
  • You must advise your citizenship at the time of booking in the "Special Requirements" box. Please also advise full names and dates of birth for all passengers as they appear on passports. Your booking cannot be confirmed without these details.

Right on time. Excellent crew including pilot! Convenient to down town. Easy rider transportation once on land. Staff person Hank was especially gracious. Hank assisted my husband who has mobility issues. Thank you Hank.

We booked this well in advance from the UK via the website. We had read some reviews that were not so good about boats not sailing due to weather problems and staff being unsympathetic to the loss of the fare. We found none of this it was Great! The process of boarding, border control etc was all fine. Staff courteous and professional. The Clipper V Boat was clean, tidy and comfortable. The booking conditions are clear, its non refundable if boat cannot go out in bad weather, that's the chance you take booking in advance. Its a 3 hour trip and the scenery is tremendous. Not cheap but a really good day out; a great opportunity to sample a bit of Canada.

The tour was very affordable price for what you got. The ship to take you to Victoria is clean and efficient. They also gave recommendations on things to do in Victoria overall it was a great trip for the price!

Great ferry experience to and from Victoria! Would definitely take this transportation again. The staff was very friendly and the facility was fairly clean.
