Overview

Flying in a hot air balloon is a truly magical and unique experience that transports you to a world of beauty and tranquility. From the moment you get to the take-off spot and see how the balloon inflates, you feel a mixture of excitement and anticipation, the process of inflating the balloon will encourage you to want to climb, the tranquility and silence in the heights is something magical that will connect with your spirit. We will surprise your taste buds and senses by having breakfast in an exotic restaurant inside a cave so it is a totally natural cave. We will continue with our stop full of knowledge, we will have an explanation by native artisans of Teotihuacan on the obsidian precious stone, pulque and tequila. Finally we will visit the ruins of Teotihuacan for this you have an hour and a half, feel like walking inside them.

Pickup Details

Pick up locations: Centro Histórico de la CDMX (centro), Zona Rosa, Condesa, Polanco, La Roma (In case your hotel is located outside these areas, we will provide you with a meeting point). The Pick-up Schedule, as well as the driver’s name and vehicle type is confirmed one day before your visit, we ask you to enter your mobile number (including international code) so that you can receive such information.

What To Expect

1. Mexico City 4:45am- 5:15am - We will pick you up at your hotel in Mexico City and move to the globopuerto in Teotihuacán The Angel of Independence will be the meeting point for travelers who do not provide an address, or are away from the collection area 1 hour

2. This is our balloon port, here we will record your visit in the land of the gods, you will have a stop for coffee and cookies in what we inflame your balloon in this process we will take many photos! and then live the magic of being in the air 3 hours

3. This amazing place full of surprise and Mysticism will leave your mouth open, here we will have a rich full breakfast, do not forget to take many photos! 1 hour

4. We will visit a cooperative of artisans in which they will give us an explanation about the culture of Teotihuacán, maguey, obsidian and tastings of artisanal liqueurs made in the region. 30 minutes

5. Piramides de Teotihuacan if you want to go to archaeological zone we give you up to 2 hours so that you can travel them. (Entrance to archaeological zone NOT INCLUDED. 95MXN) We will visit the Ruins of Teotihuacan, feel free to walk among the striking buildings, visit the local museum and climb the temple of Quetzalcoatl. 1 hour 30 minutes

6. Mexico City We will return to your hotel in Mexico City. CONSIDERATIONS: - The schedules are approximate and may change depending on the traffic, weather and logistics of the day. -If you want to finish the experience or skip a stop, you will assume that the return is by your own means to Mexico City or later activities The tour offers shared transport, if you want you can ask for private transport with an extra cost. -You should know that the balloon flight depends on the weather conditions therefore the direction will depend on the wind, so we cannot guarantee flying over the pyramids. -It does not include Guia within the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán. 1 hour

My bestfriend and I had an amazing time! The staff was very professional and ensured we were knowledgeable about the process of the hot air balloon flight. The views were spectacular of the pyramids and the surrounding lands. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and certainly recommend it as a must-do in Mexico!

The duration of the flight was around 30mins. The views were good! Would recommend to take the trip on a sunny day! Overall the experience was really good

Adi de la Rosa and Francisco (Pilot) provided an excellent tour. We will recommend to our family. The weather was perfect - not too hot. It sure beats the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Festival.
