Mariana took us on a trip across time to the beginnings of Alfama and its dramatic history. We felt completely immersed in the experience. She is born and raised in Alfama, and gave us first hand accounts of what life is like in this magical neighborhood. Truly a fantastic experience, and you can truly, genuinely see that she loves guiding people through Alfama. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can do it with Mariana, go for it!!
