West Thumb geyser basin offers many different hot springs and geysers to see with an optional walk around a board walk. Site to see in the area would include: Thumb Paint Pots, Fishing Cone, Abyss Pool, and a view of Yellowstone Lake. Time in the area varies.

Awesome Snowmobiling In Yellowstone

The snowmobile trip into Yellowstone was the highlight of our trip. My wife and I both rented snowmobiles and were joined by another 3 couples on the excursion. Bobby, our guide, was exceptional in every way. The entire day was seamless, from being able to track Bobby picking us up at our hotel, to the van ride to Yellowstone and the entire day snowmobiling in the Park. We witnessed Old Faithful Geyser go off, and also drove up to a herd of Bison. Lunch could have better, but we weren’t there to eat. I believe that an excellent tour guide is the secret to ensuring a GREAT trip, and Bobby was fit the bill. He ensured our safety, he was highly knowledgeable, funny and friendly. Highly recommend the excursion into Yellowstone.

Trip of a lifetime! Was the absolute highlight of our Jackson Hole trip. The whole excursion was a well oiled machine. Everything went off without a hitch. We saw so much, and got some amazing photos. Our tour guide Bobby was amazing and made our trip that much better. I would recommend anyone going to Jackson Hole in the winter to go on this trip!

My wife and i had a amazing, breathtaking time at yellowstone. Our guide Scarlet was very knowledgeable and made sure we where always doing ok. We would absolutely recomend Scenic Safari. We are already planning our next adventure with them for May. Scarlet you rock!!!

We booked this tour after hearing from in-laws about the amazing trip they took with Scenic Safaris several years back, and we are so glad we did! This whole day was absolutely amazing. Our guides Aaron and Meghan led us all the way to Firehole Falls this day and provided excellent information on the wildlife in Yellowstone, history of our many stops, and regaling stories of previous tours and experiences within the park. Both guides were very attentive to our needs throughout the trip, making sure we had plenty of gear, hand warmers, and food to make the tour as comfortable as possible. We would recommend this tour to anyone going to the Wydaho region during winter. It is definitely worth the investment!
