Excellent Self-Guided Tour Narrative
Published on Oct, 2024
The self-guided tour was great. It provided both overview information and specific stops on Yellowstone and Grand Teton parks. It was like being on a guided bus tour without the bus and people. Plus, we could go to many stops where a bus could not go because of its size. It was fairly easy to use and play back different information / stops. As noted, the parks have inconsistent internet connection.
Fantastic Audio Tour Guide!
Published on Oct, 2024
This bundled tour combination provided just the perfect background for our family's trip to both parks! It was informative, accurate, and automatically picked up on exactly where we were within each park. The stories and audio were of excellent quality, capturing the interest of all 7 of us aged 8 to 73! Not an easy task... A great addition to your road trips, we will be testing out some more of these products on our next National Parks trip! Make certain you follow the instructions carefully and download the app and tour while you have access to a strong WiFi signal and definitely BEFORE you get to the parks! :)
Self-Guided Tour is Amazing Value
Published on Sep, 2024
This tour was absolutely fantastic and a great value for the money. We did Grand Teton and Yellowstone, as well as the bonus tours of West Thumb, Prismatic Spring, and Old Faithful. We loved the historical context and fun facts about the parks and attractions. We saw several things we would have missed entirely without this tour because they were off the beaten path. It was very easy to customize to your own preferences, mobility, and schedule. The offline functionality was especially helpful because there is no service in many areas of Yellowstone. I strongly recommend downloading everything before you leave. I will definitely consider other Action Tours in the future.
Yellowstone is a must see!
Published on Sep, 2024
The self guided tour by Action Tours was great! We went in the west entrance and out the north. Just awesome. Another quaint town to visit on the way from Bozeman, is Ennis especially if you want to fish. Best to take a guided boat trip. I plan to go back in May and will stay a couple nights in W Yellowstone and see the Grand Tetons and then spend a couple nights in Cody, WY
Very Helpful

App worked as described. I downloaded content in advance, and had full coverage even without WiFi or cell service. GPS map automatically tracked our travel through the tour.
