    El Cedral is a small town located in the southern part of the island of Cozumel, Mexico. This town has a rich history and is famous for its annual San Miguel Festival, celebrated in honor of the town's patron saint. It is a great place to learn about the culture and traditions of Mexico and the Mayan culture.

  • Jade Cenote

    Today we want to invite you to visit the Jade Cavern in Cozumel, home to more than 1,000 bats (don't be scared, they are harmless and above all beneficial for the environment) which can only be reached by entering the interior of the Island passing through irregular paths that eventually. They lead to the magical stop at the Chempita cenote, a small cenote with refreshing emerald waters that is a true paradise in the middle of the jungle. The Jade Cavern is a special place for the Mayan culture, that is why in the surroundings it is possible to see archaeological constructions that represent the Mayan religion and its pre-Columbian civilization.

Thrilling and Enjoyable

This trip to Cozumel, Mexico was amazing. I had a great time sight seeing and learning about the Mayans with our tour guide Victor. Riding on the ATVs through the forest and dirt roads was really exciting , learning the traffic signals for the group and driving up to 40mph was a thrill I truly loved. Jesus is the owner of this business and he was very polite and made sure no one was left behind. Going to the Cavern was an unforgettable experience. I learned about the Mayan God,Shaman, and the healing waters in the cavern. I did take a dive in the water and it was very purifying. Unlike any ocean or pool water you’ve ever been in. There was also Tequila Tasting in this excursion and although I am not a fan of alcohol, it was very informative. I highly recommend Flamingo Tours for a great time, nice and funny interactions, with very dedicated and commendable people. Big thanks to Jesus and Victor for showing us what a great time is on our Girls Trip!!!!

Had the most amazing day with Victor our tour guide! It was only me and my friend on the tour so it felt like a private tour! Victor was so great with an awesome sense of humour, he made sure we were safe and gave us alot of interesting information about the cave and the surrounding area. The ATVs were so much fun and we especially enjoyed the extra tequila tasting! Would recommend this to everything, so worth the money.

Jesus picked us up at the meeting point, it was a pleasure to meet him. Our tour guide was Victor. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed seeing the cenote and the tequila tasting was amazing. I recommend this tour.
