Overview

Zocalo is synonymous with main square in Mexico. Finds the remains of the Azteca Empire called Templo Mayor. An outstanding engineer work considering the ground is a swampy one, and this is one of the top ten largest temples constructed during the colonial period. It is the seat of the First Archdiocese of Mexico. It is located on the north side of the Plaza de la Constitución.
