We had an amazing experience with Ocean Tours, thanks to Margot (turtle snorkeling and cenote guide), Hamlet (Tulum ruins guide), Gonzalo (our driver), and Alan (the photographer). Communication was easy and clear through WhatsApp, especially with updates about pickups, which made everything smooth. It was Margot’s first day, but you wouldn’t know it—she was super knowledgeable about the turtles and guided us through what to expect and look out for in the water. Hamlet has been doing this for 7 years, and it shows. He’s a total pro—funny, informative, and even made animal sounds! He really brought the history of Tulum to life for us. Gonzalo was efficient and had snacks ready for us, which was a nice touch. Alan worked so hard to capture great photos, even in the blazing sun. His energy was amazing, and he made it fun. Overall, it was such a well-organized team effort. Thanks to Ocean Tours for making my husband’s first trip to Mexico so special!

This is a must do when visiting Cancun. Three tours in one; Tulum, swimming with the turtles and the cenote (underground river). You spend the right amount of time at each attraction, you see everything you want without seeming too long or getting bored. Ishmael is a great guide, keeps you informed of what to expect and knows all the ins and outs of getting around the crowds. He provides discussions of the sites and the history behind them. The tour picked us up/dropped off at our hotel and provided a traditional Mexican lunch. You will be gone all day, this is 12 hours start to finish, you may want to bring some food for a mid morning snack as lunch is not provided until a little later in the afternoon. This a small group tour (no more than 12 people) so getting to know others in your group made the experience that much more interesting. Ishmael paid special attention to some of the folks that were less adventurous or unsure of some of the activities. It took a little convincing for some folks to get into the cenote, he was particularly patient and reassuring and all of us had a great time. Definitely recommend this tour.

This was such a fun tour that allowed us to see so many things unique to Mexico! Our tour guide Alma was very organized and knowledgeable. The Tulum ruins were beautiful and so was the view of the coast from the top of the hill. At Akumal beach we got to see lots of turtles as they grazed on the seagrass and then came up for air. Finally, swimming in the cenote was a surreal experience. The whole tour was fantastic!

We had an amazing experience with Ocean Tours on the Tulum Ruins, snorkeling with sea turtles, and cenote adventure! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and seamless. Our guide, Danny, was absolutely fantastic! He was not only knowledgeable but also warm, friendly, and enthusiastic, which made the day even more special. At the Tulum Ruins, he brought the history to life with fascinating insights. The views and ruins were absolutely stunning. Snorkeling with the sea turtles was an unforgettable experience—seeing them up close was amazing. The cenote tour was equally incredible; the crystal-clear water and breathtaking natural formations felt like stepping into another world. Danny made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of exploration and adventure. If you’re visiting the area, this tour is a must-do, and we highly recommend asking for Danny as your guide!

A great day out , easy to book and at a great price . Booked direct rather than through the hotel . Picked up promptly by Souli (?) and Antonio . Off to the ruins where Souli guided us through with his easy going style . Beware for the older traveller a lot of walking is required up and down paths and steps. Off to the turtles , again a bit of walking and a lot of swimming . Quite a busy attraction but efficiently organised . Joined by a photographer who took great pictures . Next phase was the Cenote , what a great experience , if you have never tried it give it a go . Lunch was provided which was very good and tasty . A happy , tired bunch dropped back at our hotel . Photos can be bought at the end of the day and in our opinion they were excellent and worth the money . Happy to recommend Ocean Tours.
