Itinerary

This guided, 8-hour trip will take you deep into a natural wonder of the Dominican Republic: the Waterfalls of Rio de Damajagua. Enjoy a thrilling, 30-minute buggy drive through local villages and countryside roads. Then get ready for a river crossing in your 2-person buggy! Prepare to get muddy and wet, as you traverse through the river’s waters. End your day with a visit to Monkey Land. In the tropical jungle, listen to the sounds of nature while keeping an eye out for the cute little squirrel monkeys that abound in this natural environment. Trained staff give you a plate of fruit that you can offer to the monkeys.

Great adventure. Would do again. Buggies were my favorite part. Monkeys were pretty awesome. I like how everything was organized and well planned out. We did monkeys then Buggies then falls which I thought was the perfect order. The guides and workers were all amazing. As far as activity wise the falls was the most strenuous and it really wasn’t bad. The guide even gave me his own shoes and walked in is socks because mine (my own not ones I purchased) broke.

The monkeys were amazing! My kids loved seeing the monkeys the most and the guides did a really great job of making sure that everyone got to spend time with the monkeys. The buggies was fun. The waterfall was the least favorite activity out of the three.

The tour guides were AMAZING! They were all so kind, friendly, and accommodating. 10/10! I would 100% do this excursion again and recommend it to everyone! The monkeys were SO cute!!

Mario and noemi were amazing hosts. The monkeys were so fun! One of the mama monkeys had a baby on her back. Definitely worth the experience!

Mario was an amazing tour guide with lots of knowledge. The monkeys were so fun and not scary at all. The mamas were so cute with the babies on their backs!
