Relaxing way to take in Spain's capital city
Published on Nov, 2024
This tuk tuk tour of Madrid was the perfect way to get acclimated to the city after just arriving in Europe. It allowed us to see the sites we were planning to visit while working through the late stages of jet lag lol. Juan had a great personality and a unique viewpoint of the city and its history, which is always invited when we are traveling abroad. He understood the Moorish influence that shaped many of the cultural practices for the area, while also highlighting the Christian influences on the modern city and its growth. Was a great way to see a sprawling, super clean metropolis, and we would recommend this tour (and Juan specifically) for anyone visiting Spain's capital for the first time.
