Personalized tour for 3 hours with a local is a great way to start our stay

Not sure we got exactly 10 tastings in 3 hours nor could that have been physically possible but our guide Hugo created a lovely tour focused on our interests including much on the history of Bruges and keeping us away from the crowds when he could. We walked around and learned about Bruges before stopping at a local place built in the 1500's and had tapas and the beer brewed there while sitting out in the back courtyard. We ended at the beer wall and tried Hugo's recommendation of a Belgium beer flavored with sour cherries. We also tried waffles and chocolates. Hugo got us a reservation for dinner that night. It was a great way to start our stay in Bruges by spending time with a local who personalized our tour!

We had a great time with Jay! He took us to places we never would’ve found and he knew EVERYONE in town. It was Labor Day so it was a big party!

We had a wonderful guided walking tour through Bruges with Artur. He gave us an interesting background of the city and sights while taking in many tasty bites. We did not go home hungry! My kids also had a great time!
