Amazing trip. We read the reviews this sounded good. They definitely didn’t speak any English but it’s not difficult to understand what they tell you. They picked us up bang on time in a smart a/c van and took us around to all the sites. The boat tour was amazing. We were the only non Spanish speakers in our boat and it was great. You might not fully understand everything they tell you but the main points you can grasp. Didn’t detract from the day. Highly recommend this tour for a great day out.

Brilliant tour through the canyon where we saw monkeys crocodiles armadillos and iguanas. We also enjoyed a wonderfull local festival in the village where we stopped ar the end of the trip.

excellent day! even though i booked very last minute, they picked me up very timely, we saw 2 miradores and did the boat cruise and got to see chiapa de corzo for 1.5 hours which i LOVED. this was an incredible value and i have seen a lot of mexico, yet this day was surely a memorable one

It was very nice we had a great time. Beautiful views everywhere. Everyone treated us well. We will definitely be visiting again.

My fiancé and I went on this tour and really enjoyed it. The tour had everything we wanted with the viewpoints and boat ride. The boat driver was good fun, even driving us under a waterfall for a splash! He stopped for photo opportunities and they know where to stop for birds, alligators and monkeys so well organised. We went with the Spanish speaking tour guide and don't believe it made a difference. We went on the tour on the same morning we arrived in San Cristobal after a night bus and would recommend as long as you can leave your luggage somewhere. You can nap on the journey out to the canyon if you need it and it meant we have the rest of our stay in San Cristobal to relax. The Viator voucher mentions that you need to redeem it from the travel company to get your ticket however once we explained to the company that we were only arriving that morning by messaging in the app, they assured us that was fine and replied within ~1hr which was really appreciated! The driver picked us up from where we were staying in the town and rang to confirm where we were that morning which was assuring too.
