Highly recommend Niagara Falls day tour

The falls are breathtaking and the boat ride was a highlight. It was nice to see the whirlpool also. The view at lunch was amazing and lunch was really good.

What an awesome trip! It was the perfect way to see the Falls and enjoy the amazing sights in the region along the way. The boat ride was exhilarating, and the views from the Fallsview Restaurant during lunch were unparalleled. Gary, our driver and guide, kept us on time and got us everywhere efficiently and safely. The stops during the trip were a lot of fun, too. There was a minor issue with the AC on the bus toward the end of the tour, but Gary had water bottles for us and accommodated as best he could. @Zoom Tours, please tell Gary we enjoyed the trip and that he was a wonderful guide! We appreciate him!

Our group guide, Johnny, was excellent-- fluent in about a zillion languages, really knew the area and the culture, and had so much great information to share with us. He made the day really special. The buffet luncheon wasn't the best value for the price, but you're paying for the gorgeous view as well as the convenience, so factor that in as you plan your purchases. There wasn't anything "wrong" with it per se... like, the food quality was just fine, but at that price point it should be better than "just fine". The boat tour itself is fantastic, although I would have liked it to be longer (I don't believe it is an option at all). It's very cool to get that close to the Falls. Definitely a great experience.
