Departure Point: We pick up from all locations/addresses in Niagara Falls, Ontario (Canada) or Niagara Falls, New York (USA). We do not pick up from New York City. Your pickup time is earlier than your start time on the voucher. Please contact Over the Falls Tours after booking to confirm your scheduled pickup time.

What To Expect

1. Niagara Falls Canada Marvel at the world famous Falls 4 hours

2. Journey Behind the Falls Outside the season you can take an amazing close-up "Journey Behind the Falls" to stand in the mist behind thundering Horseshoe Falls. 1 hour

3. Cave of the Winds Then, descend 175 feet (53 meters) to the famed ‘hurricane deck’ to feel the thunder of the Falls at the amazing Cave of the Winds exhibit (while in season). 1 hour

4. Maid Of The Mist After pickup from your hotel in a comfortable, air conditioned sightseeing vehicle, set off with your expert guide on a fun-filled day of sightseeing. During this 6-hour tour, see all of the main attractions of this area. Enjoy a wet and wild cruise aboard the Maid of the Mist boat, operating seasonally (mid May to October)*. Please note: The Maid of the Mist portion of this tour departs from the US side of Niagara Falls. All customers booking this tour must have appropriate documentation to enter the United States and Canada. *Operating dates of the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are approximate and dependent on winter/ice conditions 1 hour

Over the Falls Tours, Inc. vehicles are not handicap accessible. Passengers must be able to enter and exit the vehicle on their own or with the help from a member of their group. If customer’s have their own wheelchair, it must be a collapsible wheelchair only. If client does not have a collapsible wheelchair, then Over the Falls Tours., Inc. will provide one at no additional cost subject to availability. **If you require a collapsible wheelchair or stroller, please contact Over the Falls Tours in advance of your tour date to confirm availability.
Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
