A Must Do Tour of Terceira!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic full day tour. It was our last day in the Azores and we flew in from Sao Miguel, landing early in the morning at Terceira airport. We were picked up from the airport and began our tour. On the tour, we learned the history of the island and how it was formed, visited different villages, ate some local pastries and had a delicious lunch, and saw some unbelievable sights. We were lucky enough to have great weather the entire day as well, which I'm certain our guide helped with the navigation to ensure that was the case. We were dropped off at the airport with plenty of time to make it on our return flight to the States. If you're looking to pack in a full day of sightseeing, I couldn't recommend this more. It was phenomenal and our guide was great (and took great pictures of us)!!

We had a wonderful day with Antonio. Even though we had periodic rain he showed us this beautiful island. I must say Antonio educated us on the island’s history and culture and industry. He is a font of information. We couldn’t have had a better day. If you are ever in need of a tour guide he is your man

Best Day with the Best Guide - Well Worth it

Every single part of this entire day was worth it! Antonio, our guide, was incredible and planned out a perfect day. What was perfect about it? Well, it was full day of a variety of stops from popular tourist spots, to lesser known scenic parts of the island, to stopping in small villages and at random roadsides to take in the breathtaking views of land and sea, we enjoyed activities we wouldn't have done on our own, and at our request had the best traditional local Alcatra lunch. Antonio was very knowledgable about history and culture, professional, passionate, considerate, kind and personable. He loves his homeland of Terceira, and after a tour with Antonio, you will fall in love with it too.

Antonio provided us with an excellent day seeing all the sites on Terceira. It couldn’t have been a better day. We saw so much we honestly don’t feel that we missed anything. He not only took us to the beautiful and jaw dropping locations all over the island but he provided the history, current info and humor. The ride was comfortable and clean - We highly recommend Antonio!

Wonderful day tour with more Island highlights than you can imagine!

This tour was worth the money. In one day we saw the highlights of Terceira with ANTONIO in his comfortable large van. He is a lovely, conscientious young man with a wealth of knowledge on the history and geography of the island. Answered all sorts of questions we had on various topics. Took us to a variety of sights trying to maximize views depending on the weather in that area. Finished day by going to the Volcano you can go inside of. What an incredible experience! Great to have someone who knows the ins and outs of the island. A must do! My sons used Antonio one in 2019 and one in 2023 for the full day tour and had a similarly wonderful experience.
