Beyond Japan’s four major breweries—Asahi, Suntory, Kirin, and Sapporo—there are also numerous local breweries nationwide. Chigasaki Beer is one of these, renowned for its original craft beers that use locally sourced ingredients to create unique, rich, and fruity flavors. Their brewery and restaurant, located right by the beach, offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, and on clear days, you can even catch a glimpse of Japan’s iconic Mt. Fuji! Join us in exploring Japan's vibrant beer and food culture. Your licensed English-speaking guide will accompany you on the journey, starting with a relaxing ride in the first-class Green Car on the Tokaido Line from Tokyo Station.

What To Expect

1. Tokyo Station Marunouchi Ekimae Hiroba The tour guide will pick you up at most hotels in central Tokyo. If your hotel is not listed, please let us know, and we may still be able to arrange a pick-up. You will then board the Tokaido Line at Tokyo Station and enjoy a 60-minute pleasant train ride in the super comfortable Green Car (first class) carriage. After being picked up from your hotel in central Tokyo, you'll embark on an exciting ride on Japan's high-speed Shinkansen, also known as the Bullet Train, from Tokyo Station. The journey takes about 50 minutes. On a clear day, you might catch a stunning view of Mt. Fuji through the train windows, making the experience even more memorable. 1 hour 30 minutes

2. Chigasaki Chigasaki is a famous beach town and a sister city of Honolulu, Hawaii. We will explore some narrow streets lined with cozy shops around the train station. The guide will also show you a charming Japanese-style garden. 40 minutes

3. Southern Beach Chigasaki After visiting the garden, we’ll take a local bus to Southern Beach and visit Chigasaki Beer, a local brewery located right by the beach. First, we’ll learn how they brew a variety of craft beers, and then you’ll get to taste seven different flavors at their restaurant. You can also enjoy a wide selection of dishes that pair perfectly with their beers (food not included). The restaurant offers an incredible view of Sagami Bay and the Pacific Ocean, and on a clear day, you can even see Mt. Fuji in the distance! Let’s enjoy their delicious, fruity, original craft beers! 2 hours

4. Tokyo Station Marunouchi Ekimae Hiroba After enjoying the beer and food, we can take a short walk on the beach before heading back to Tokyo via bus and the Tokaido Line. Let’s relax with another comfortable ride in the Green Car. Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, the guide will accompany you back to your hotel using a local train or subway. 1 hour 30 minutes

A subway or local JR train will be used after picking you up at your hotel, and the same applies for the drop-off service.
If your hotel is situated outside our designated pick-up range and alternative transportation, such as a subway, is not feasible, guests are responsible for covering the fare. This includes the cost for both the guide's transportation to the first destination and from the last destination back to your hotel.
Due to weather condition or other operational reasons, the itinerary may be subject to change or certain visits may be omitted or substituted. Even in such circumstances, the tour may not be canceled, and the tour fare will not be refunded.
The tour involves a good amount of walking outdoors. We suggest wearing sneakers or comfortable shoes.
Important Note: We only serve alcoholic drinks for travelers 20 years old and above. Minor travelers below 20 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
Remaining time will be allotted for pick up and travel time in between the attractions .

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
