What To Expect

1. Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House) Virgin Mary where she spent her last days, preferred to live in this remote place rather than in a crowded place 45 minutes

2. The Temple of Artemis The Temple of Artemis is known as one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world.it had tremendous dimensions: 127 columns of each 17,5 meters high. Unfortunately, this one has also been destroyed by fire, reconstructed and again demolished by earthquakes, rebuilt and at last looted by Goths one year later. Today the basement and some broken pillars only can be seen from the temple. 10 minutes

3. Selcuk Selçuk is one of the most visited tourist destinations within Turkey, known for its closeness to the ancient city of Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary and Seljuk works of art. 30 minutes

4. Sirince This pretty old Orthodox village, 12 km away from Ephesus and 30 km from Kusadasi, was once Cirkince ("ugly"). Today the village is a perfect synthesis of Turk-Greek culture as of the 1920's: after the Independence War, people exchange between Greek and Turks has occurred and all those typical Greek houses, though they kept their original outside characteristics, have received the local layout inside. 1 hour 30 minutes

5. Ancient City of Ephesus we will visit the ancient Greek city, Ephesus, and The House of Virgin Mary, a marvelous place hidden in the green, with our professional guides. During the day, we will visit the most worth seeing remains of the city such as The Marble Street, The Odeon, Bouleterion, The Temple of Hadrian, The Trajan’s Fountain, The Mosaic street, The Agora, The Baths, The house, The Great Theatre, Harbour Street and the third largest library of the Ancient World: The famous Celsus Library. 2 hours
