    Upon your arrival, your private guide and driver will greet you at the arrival hall at Bai Yun International airport. with your name sign Enjoy a comfortable ride in the air-conditioned vehicle to the city. As the private tour, your itinerary is 100% customized around you. Following is the suggested itinerary be sure to tell your guide if you need to make any changes. First, take a nice walk in the city’s largest and most lush park- Yuexiu park to refresh yourself after long sitting flight, visit Five Ram Stone Statue (Symbol of Guangzhou), Ancient Ming-Dynasty city wall, Sun-Yat Sun Monument etc. See locals enjoy singing, dancing and other leisure activities in the park.

    Next head to Chen Clan Temple /Ancestral Hall, built by the wealthy Chen’s families in the Qing Dynasty, it showcases the most magnificent ancient architectures, with its exquisite wood, brick, stone, clay, ivory carvings and the unique and rare collections of silk embroidery, ceramics, painting etc. Get great overview of traditional Lingnan culture, custom.

    Continue the tour to Zhujiang New Town, here marvel at some of the world-class architecture such as Canton Tower, Guangzhou Opera house, Guangzhou Library, Splendid Huacheng Square, Haixin Sha etc. while learn its grand development from the ancient “Goat city” from the past years. 9 Hour Layover

This tour was a great way to spend my 9 hour layover! I had trouble finding a tour that was flexible with my late arrival to Guangzhou, but this was completely customizable as mentioned in the description. Maggie was my tour guide and she was great! Maggie was super knowledgeable and was always providing insight even on the ride from the airport to the city. The dim sum lunch was delicious and Maggie made sure to adjust the order to my preferences. I think the combination of complete customization as well as the fantastic tour guide made my quick Guangzhou trip well worth it!
