Lunch at a local "Tea House" restaurant to try the delicious traditional Cantonese dim sum, the famous local specialty in Guangzhou with local people, not touristy place. Learn about local table manner and tea etiquette and culture. The recommended signature dish is "Red Rice Roll with Shrimps", a great variety of different dim sum options are available and your guide could help you make proper selection for the food ordering based on your interest or special requirement(gluten free, Muslim halal or vegetarian). This food tour has provided us with a chance to try the good food this city has to offer given the limited amount of time we have during our short stay in Guangzhou. We are glad Damon guided us with the right food choices to ensure we were able to eat the best choices. He was so attentive during the whole trip and providing many information on food and dining etiquettes in this city.

Damon picked us up and took us on a really good trip around the city. He was really interesting and friendly and clearly loves the city he grew up in. We really enjoyed his passion for his city. If only all tours were as good as this. Absolutely five star and worth it for our short stopover.

Damon was a wonderful guide who was attentive to our interests and progressed the tour at a good pace. The driver was very well arranged with seamless pick-ups between area tours. We enjoyed our tour very much and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again when next in Guangzhou.

Don’t miss this tour. There are a lot of tours to pick but what makes this tour stand out is the tour guide Damon. He is extremely fluent in English which you need in Guangzhou as there is no English signs and the locals have limited English. Damon also has extensive knowledge of the city. He is happy to vary the tour to include your needs and tastes and consider if you have special needs in your group. He took us to a local restaurant which was fantastic - we felt like a local. Highly recommend this tour.
