1.Meeting point & Sign: The driver will wait at the "exit of the Checked in luggage Claim Area" holding a placard with Mr. Orange Sign and the passenger's name on it, which is easily recognizable. 2 Free waiting time: We provide up to 2 hours of free waiting time, starting from ... the actual landing time of the flight. This should be sufficient for passengers to go through immigration and collect their checked-in luggage. If passengers do not show up during this waiting time and cannot be contacted, they will miss the car and receive no refund.
