Experience an intimate fado concert with professional and local musicians in Cais de Gaia. Listen to fantastic music while taking in views of the river and of the city of Porto. Spend an hour feeling vocal poetry and the strumming of the guitar strings, sometimes sad, sometimes happy, but always full of emotion. Fado is one of the most authentic expressions of Lusitanian culture, known and recognized internationally as Intangible Heritage of Humanity., and this is a projet created and runned by the musicians themselves with support of the local community. Be warmly welcomed by the artists. At the end of the concert you can enjoy a chat with the artists to learn more about fado and its traditions, and even get the best tips about local places to go. Fabulous experience in beautiful artistic and colourful setting overlooking the river in Vila Nova da Gaia. Passionate and expressive singing and musical accompaniment, accessible enough that even my teenager enjoyed the performance. Memorable and authentic.

A deeply moving and enriching experience. The 3 gifted musicians connected you to the soul of Porto and Portugal. Their integrity and charm went beyond the performance, due to Porto's very efficient bus services (irony) we could not get to the show we planned and without hesitation we were invited to come to the next performance. This speaks to your integrity as artists and as human beings. Thank you.

The energy, spirit and emotions of the trio was amazing! Very authentic Fado in an intimate setting with less than 50 people. Well worth the price, highly recommended.
