Way more to Pompeii than I realized. Tour is a must!

Pompeii was much bigger than I anticipated. The tour only covered about one-third of the grounds and the details provided made it just right. Our tour guide Rafella told amazing stories along the way and pointed out features we would never a have seen or appreciated. Pompeii is also way more than just the people of Pompeii frozen in time.

It was amazing seeing something that happened so long ago and the brilliance of bringing it back to life to show us what actually happened in Pompeii how they lived it was a great tour. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable.

A fabulous tour. We made our own way to Pompeii from Rome, on the train, which was so simple, then met our tour guide at the gate. I think she was called Julia (she introduced herself as being small but having a big tour guide flag). She was fantastic; a really personable and knowledgable guide, who really made the tour. If we’d not had such an enthusiastic guide, we wouldn’t have got anything like as much out of the trip. Thank you.
