On this half-day excursion you’ll discover the most visited National Park in Europe. There’s no need to worry about finding somewhere to park—enjoy your visit to Mount Teide by bus with a professional guide. On a magnificent journey through Canary Island pine tree forests and villages typical to the island, you’ll be astonished by the landscapes as you travel to the heart of Tenerife: Teide National Park, where you’ll have a thrilling volcanic experience. You will behold the volcanoes that caused the most recent eruptions on the island. You will also learn the history of the Canary Archipelago and how the Canary Islands were formed. And to top it off, as you ascend by cable car you can take in spectacular views from Mount Teide of the neighbouring Canary Islands and, naturally, Tenerife itself. Once you are at an altitude of 3,555 m, at the cable car upper station, you will have free time to spend at the viewpoint of La Rambleta, to behold the Seven Cañadas and the Ucanca Valley.

Volcano Teide Experience

If you want to enjoy the Teide National Park in all its glory, exploring the nooks and crannies of one of the world’s most visited national parks, the Teide Tour is a tour for you. Throughout this 8-hour tour to Teide you will enjoy more than spectacular volcanic landscapes. Furthermore, on Teide Tour you will behold the volcanoes that caused the most recent eruptions in Tenerife. You will also learn how the Canary Islands were formed. The Teide Tour excursion in Tenerife does not include lunch, but you will have enough free time to eat lunch.
Teide Cable Car

There’s no better way to finish off your delightful visit to the Teide National Park than to behold the indescribable landscape of the largest national park in the Canary Islands from above, with the Teide Cable Car. The diverse views from the Teide Cable Car upper station are superb. Choose the viewpoint of La Rambleta to behold the Seven Cañadas and the Ucanca Valley, or walk one the two trails that the Teide Cable Car’s upper station offers to hiking enthusiasts, boasting views of the northern and the southern part of Tenerife.

Incredible views make the journey worthwhile. Tour guide was great. Just be aware that if you are staying in Golf de Sur then realistically you are getting up before 7 and not getting back until 4 so it is a long day. Also pay attention to the guidance on clothing. It was 3 or 4 degrees up there and with the windchill it is freezing.

Absolutely loved this trip. We had Julian as our guide and he was so charismatic and provided an excellent insight to everything Teide. The transport arrived on time and everything was fantastically organised. Coach was air conditioned as well. Based on this experience we will definitely be booking more excursions with this company

Fast-paced tour with stunning scenery and excellent guides

This was a top experience for me. The views of and from Mt. Teidi were outstanding. The cable car was fantastic and sendero 12 at the top was magical. You could see several other Canary Island from up there. Ari and the driver were great. They kept us on time and ahead of most of the crowds. The food and drink available to purchase were good too. Note that when they say this tour goes from "the north" of Tenerife, they generally mean Puerto de la Cruz, not Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The views were amazing. Took loads of photos. Julian the tour guide was entertaining, informative and passionate, with a great sense of humour. Thoroughly recommend this trip.

Highly recommend! We were picked up directly outside our hotel and transported up to Mt Teidi accompanied by our guide Julien who was knowledgeable and humorous. He gave clear instructions in terms of timings and expectations which was appreciated. We had several stops along the way to take photos and enjoy the landscape and scenery (including at a local cafe in the mountains where we enjoyed a baraquito coffee - also highly recommended). We took a bag with warmer clothes but we didn't need them: there was a refreshing breeze at the top but still shorts weather (it was around 35C at base on the day of our visit though and we were told at other times of the year it can get very cold). The cable car ride was stress free (a bit of a squeeze but not uncomfortable) and such a memorable experience to take in our surroundings. The views were breathtaking and the whole place was just incredible. Top tips: if visiting in summer a hat, suncream and water are a must. Thank you Julien!
