Overview

Immersed in a centuries-old olive grove, you will have the almost unique opportunity to walk in the vineyards of Ottavianello, Impigno and Francavidda, minor vines that have almost disappeared, and to visit the medieval hypogeum.

Meeting points

From the state road 21 that connects Ostuni to Torre Pozzelle, take the municipal road that leads to C.da Conca D'Oro up to the entrance gate of the company, on the left.

End point

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

Itinerary

Once you arrive at the company, you will be welcomed by a sommelier who will guide you to discover the vineyards of the two Ostuni DOCs and the medieval underground oil mill. After the walk, there will be a tasting of 4 of the company's wines accompanied by a selection of typical local products.

We had a really brilliant time on this tour and so glad we did it. The host, Illaria, was wonderful and very generous with her time, knowledge, and wine!

Ilaria was an amazing host and guide through the beautiful estate consisting of vineyards and a historical olive oil processing cave among other fruit trees and estate features. Ilaria is an expert on wine and a Sommelier which makes her a perfect host. Additionally, we were served authentic Apulian food, some of which were made from Ilaria’s mother. We throughly enjoyed our time on the estate and highly recommend it.

This was a last minute thought that turned out to be a highlight of our trip! Ilaria was gracious, welcoming, and very informative. It is very apparent how much she loves what she does, and appreciates the property! The property is stunning, and it is a hidden gem with incredible history. Thank you!

This wine tour and tasting was the absolute highlight of our vacation. I have never seen such a beautiful and serene setting. The wine was delicious and served with a generous serving of complimentary food. We even toured an ancient underground olive oil press with a sparkling wine toast. Ilaria was a very knowledgable and lovely tour guide through the vineyards and olive trees.

Great introduction to some fabulous Pugliese wines from Ilaria who served some amazing food, took us around the vineyard and gave us great insight into the wines of the region. Definitely worth a visit
