Overview

It rises in the Murge plateau between the Itria Valley and the gates of Salento, it has origins of the sixteenth century. Its business has four generations that for decades has preserved the traditional spirit of the Apulian farms. The protagonists of this zootechnical reality are the cows. Every day they are milked and their high quality milk, used in the company's dairy, becomes the main source from which it all begins. The commitment of expert hands in the production of latex and cheeses at km0, guarantees our customers freshness and goodness.

Are you passionate about dairy art? Do you want to know the productive life of km0 cheeses? Book your guided tour of the farm! We will take you to our stable and our dairy, where expert hands transform milk into dairy delights every day. The tour includes: visit to the stable, visit to the dairy with a tour of the maturing cells, making mozzarella and burrata at the moment, final tasting of our products.

Very enjoyable. Great guides who seem to really enjoy giving tours. One of the guides was actually the owner and great grandson of the business' founder. The guides have real passion for the business and explaining to visitors how the business works. From the cows to the end product.

We had a fascinating experience at the farm! Cheese-making, especially burrata, can be a really interesting and educational process. Burrata is a special type of cheese known for its creamy taste and soft texture. By participating in this process, we likely learned and have fun!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel the tour within 24 hours of the class. The company was so gracious, understanding and kind to still give us our credit. Wonderful integrity and understanding on their part. We truly wish we could’ve made the event. The next opportunity we have, we will definitely go to this class. we think greatly.
