Ali was our guide and he was absolutely amazing. He picked us up from the train station as we were arriving from Kyoto to Osaka and was simply the best. He speaks English very well and even found us a restaurant for lunch. We have three children under 5 and I don’t think we could have done this trip without him.
He was also really knowledgeable about Japan and you can tell that he makes an effort to give you the best experience!

Our driver Ricky was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to all the best tourist attractions. He spoke fluent English and Japanese and was more than happy to translate for us when needed.
