We loved the cooking class. The farm is up in the mountains and run by the same family for 5 generations. We got to go into their garden and pick tomatoes, zucchinis, string beans and green peppers for our lunch. We processed them and added potatoes and rice with lots of herbs. While the food was baking, the owner took us on a tour of the farm. Besides the vegetables, there are also various trees of oranges, limes, lemons, grapes, grapefruit, bananas, figs, olives and citron. Then "Mama" placed all the food on the table. Everything we ate and drank were from the farm. Afterwards a Greek dance with breaking dishes. This was the best cooking class we have taken.
