1. Port de Saint-jean-de-Luz.

Mythical port of the Basque Country, today fishing still remains the main activity there.
2. La Corniche Basque
We will follow the Basque cornice, a protected natural area, located between Hendaye and Ciboure. Today the hiking trail that winds around this cliff is closed to the public because of its fragility. We will have the chance to discover these Flysch cliffs from the sea.
3. Jaizkibel
Then head towards Hondarribia and therefore the start of the Spanish coast. Hondarribia is home to one of the most important fishing ports on the Basque coast. A little further on we will discover the bay of Los Frailes and the Amuitz islet, the water there is often transparent and very calm.
4. Pasaia
We will continue the boat trip along the Jaizkibel, between Hondarribia and Pasaia. This mountain range is none other than the beginning of the Pyrenees chain. The landscapes are sumptuous and certain coves are only accessible by boat, a change of scenery guaranteed! We will also observe unique geological formations in the rock, 45 million years old and called Paramudras.

5. Chateau Observatoire Abbadia
On the return trip, the boat trip will continue with a visit to Loya Bay, a small French pearl accessible only by sea and dominated by Abbadia Castle. It was Antoine d'Abbadie, a French traveler and astronomer, who had this castle built between 1864 and 1870.
6. Rochers des deux Jumeaux
Below the castle, we can admire the 2 Jumeaux, emblematic rocks. These two sentinels who watch over the open sea have resisted the onslaught of the ocean.
7. Fort de Socoa
We will take a short detour to the port of Socoa dominated by its fort, a historical treasure of the Basque country and witness to a rich and captivating history.
