Our cooking lessons are relaxed, fun and hands-on. They take place in the restaurant point fo Villa Il poggetto, with everyone working in a group with the chef. Enjoy this unique experience were everyone can really get involved. Using our semi professional kitchen , or if you prefer directly to your holiday location, arranged in advance... You will learn to prepare all the essential components of a Italian meal, passion for reviving Tuscany historic recipes and giving them a contemporary twist: appetizers, breads & Pizza, soups, homemade pasta accompanied by sauces, meat, vegetables, vegetable,Fish dishes, ending with delicious traditional desserts. Using guaranteed organic local products of our production such as organic Chianti wine, extra virgin olive oil , vegetable from our own production.. Cooking in Tuscany

It was a fun day cooking with Chef Fabrizio in Arezzo. We put together a 3-course meal. The highlight was the pasta making lesson. Fabrizio gave us a recipe sheet and guided us through the process in easy steps. We had an enjoyable lunch at the end which was accompanied by his dad's homemade wine. Fabrizio told us about the history of Arezzo and recommended a great Osteria for dinner that night. I highly recommend this class.

Best cooking experience

We have been traveling in Italy for three weeks now. We love the country, the people in most importantly the food. Iā€™d love to cook, and this was by far. The best experience I have ever had. This is not touristy. This is the real deal. we are planning to come back for two months next year and I plan to take cooking lessons with Chef every week. This is an absolute must if youā€™d like great food and a professional chef to teach you. It was hands-down the best meal weā€™ve had in Italy for the past three weeks and he taught us how to prepare it.

We had a fantastic time discussing food, culture and life as we learned the art of pasta making and lemon chicken with Febrezzio. A great family event and would recommend for anyone!

We were fortunate to reserve a cooking lesson with Chef Fabrizio in May 2024. It was one of the most wonderful & fun experiences we ever had during our trip to Tuscany! Chef Fabrizio was so easy to work with. He responded to all our questions & requests promptly and had many wonderful menu choices to choose from. He is an extremely accomplished & knowledgeable chef & a very interesting person, sharing his many varied life experiences from all over the world. We learned so much about the Tuscan culture & food, as well as wonderful tips & techniques about the individual dishes we were preparing. We enjoyed the fresh & delicious meal we prepared with some limoncello & wine, outside, overlooking the amazing Tuscan countryside. We were so happy we chose Chef Fabrizio for our cooking lesson & wouldnā€™t hesitate to highly recommend him. It was such a wonderful experience!
