Mount Rigi

Hop on the cogwheel train in Vitznau, Europe's first mountain railway, which brings you to the top of Rigi Kulm, aka ‘Queen of the Mountains.’ The mountain top (called Rigi Kulm) provides countless panoramic views overlooking Lake Lucerne. If you prefer to discover another cogwheel train and route, you can also hop on the train to Goldau. Another accessing point to Mt. Rigi is Weggis, where a cable car brings you up to Rigi Kaltbad, from where you can continue by cogwheel train up to Rigi Kulm. Your ticket provides unlimited rides on the three transportation services for the whole day and you are able to choose your route according to your wishes.

Your pass includes entry to the Rigi Kaltbad Mineral Baths & Spa, designed by renowned Swiss architect Mario Botta. Its tranquil and contemplative ambience makes it the perfect place for rest and relaxation.

Amazing Experience on Mount Rigi!!!

Insanely relaxing & gorgeous views but definitely you have to take a ferry to get there with is even longer & more money but it was all beautiful once you get there. But get there very early if you want to make a day of it because the train & stop around 5ish.

Romantic decadence!

Absolutely decadent! This is an outstanding facility for complete relaxation and pampering. We indulged in a 75min couples massage while we were there and it was divine. The views, the sauna, the pools = unforgettable romance. Definitely do it! It was pricey, but book direct so you don't pay for things you don't use.
