Overview

Get a Day Experience with Masai Community. Learn how women prepare food & cook,weave Necklaces & Wrist bands, how the milk goats and many other lessons to from the community. Visit the Cattle Market and the shopping town. The Maasai community  live in small mud-thatched villages, surrounded by their cattle and smaller livestock. For hundreds of years the Masai have roamed these lands of Kenya and Tanzania, living a free, nomadic lifestyle. Their traditional lands now comprise much of Kenya’s national parks. A highlight of your safari vacation is a visit with these Maasai people. Many of the tribes welcome visitors to their villages to view up close their culture and lifestyle. Part of the tour funds is directed to supporting the community where we visit.

Authentic Masai Experience

Such a humbling and authentic experience with this Masai village!!! The ladies "dress" you up at the beginning of the tour. I enjoyed every encounter and activity. Moses was a great guide. He speaks English, is friendly, has a sense of humor and kept me safe. I'd highly recommend this experience!

One of the most interesting tours I’ve ever been on. Seeing a completely different way of life up close was both charming and eye opening. You’ll instantly feel at ease with the hospitality of every one of the villagers. Furthermore, our guide Tim was friendly, engaging, accommodating, knowledgeable and truly elevated our entire experience from the first moment he picked us up in his car right through the end. I could not have been happier with the service that was provided. If you have the chance don’t miss this one.

This is a must do activity when visiting Nairobi! Very welcoming, hospitable, informative and amazing experience that I will always remember. Additionally, I was picked up on time and it was well organized which I very much appreciate. 10/10 and highly recommended excursion!
