From end to end it was an amazing experience, Flexivel had a great communication since the beginning and that makes me feel confident. They let us pay a % first and the rest on Nairobi. The pick up from the hotel, George, the tour guide, Dan, and the hotel staff they were all outstanding, we felt really welcomed all the time. Dan made even the impossible for us to see all the animals we were expecting. I definitely recommend this company and the tour, it over exceeded all our expectations. Thank you so much!!!
