What To Expect

1. Istanbul Start your full-day tour with a pickup from your European-side hotel in Istanbul by luxury Mercedes minivan. Settle back in air-conditioned comfort as your guide talks to you and your small group about Istanbul’s Imperial history on the way to your first stop. Under its historical name of Constantinople, Istanbul served as the capital city during the Roman, Byzantine, Latin and Ottoman empires, and architectural relics from each of the eras can be found around the city’s streets today. 15 minutes

2. Istanbul Archaeological Museum Visit Archeological Museum 1 hour 30 minutes

3. TopkapI Palace Visit Topkapi Palace incl. Harem section ( closedon Tuesdays) 2 hours

4. Hagia Irene Museum The Hagia Irene located in the outer courtyard of Topkapı Palace is the oldest church of the Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantine). 30 minutes

5. Sogukcesme Sokak "Street of the Cold Fountain") is a small street in-between the Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi

6. German Fountain It was built in Germany and moved by ships and its construction was completed in Istanbul. 10 minutes

7. Hagia Sophia Mosque Optional visit to Hagia Sophia. entrance fee is on guests own expense 1 hour 30 minutes

8. Visit Underground Cistern or Serefiye Cistern 30 minutes
