2. Principe Real These place is one of the few place ,in lisbon, where you can find the beauty of romantism architeture.

3. Largo do Carmo Carmo, square forever marked by change, where hope for a new future and disater of the past meet. It´s beautiful place full of history. 10 minutes

4. Elevador de Santa Justa Without a doubt, the most beautiful elevator of lisbon, made by a great portuguese engeneer in the XX century. These elevator have strong similarities with the works of gustave Eiffel. 10 minutes

5. Chiado One of the most glamour and trendy comercial street of lisbon. Here you will be able to experience portuguese pastery, walk around, do shopping into some incredibles stores and see some iconic place. 30 minutes

6. Torre de Belem Another iconic monument of Lisbon, also called gate of Lisbon during the discovery. 1 hour

7. Padrao dos Descobrimentos Monument build during the exposition of Portuguese language in 1940, inaugurated in 1960. These monument is a representation of the Portuguese world during the discovery time and an also tribute to all great Portuguese who lived during that time. 10 minutes

8. Mosteiro dos Jeronimos A beautiful monastery from the XVI century, iconic to Lisbon, it used to be a extremely important for the Portuguese during the discovery time, also served has pantheon and has a unique architecture that you can only find it here, in Portugal. 20 minutes

13. Alfama It is the oldest district of Lisbon, you will see many monument like the castle of Saint Jorge , Sé cathedral of lisbon. there you will experience the live style of the locals. 20 minutes

14. Miradouro da Senhora do Monte Easily the most beautiful view of Lisbon. From there you will see everything that Lisbon has to offer . It is the last point of the tour. 10 minutes

A taste of India in Lisbon Portugal

This is our first visit in Lisbon. By our fifth day we had our fill of Portuguese cuisine. Restaurante SWAAGAT at Rua dos Correeiros 122/128 was such a lovely change: tasty Indian food, pleasant service, reasonable prices. My wife loved the Vegetable Biryani and I had the best ever Tandoori Chicken. A second visit to this Restaurant is planned before we fly to London.
