Overview

In this unmissable pizza course not only you will learn how to make pizza but you will discover many other secrets about pizza with our chef. As soon as you wash your hands and wear a clean apron the lesson will begin with a little of theory. Soon after you will be mixing flour, water, yeast and kneading the dough for 15 minutes. Later you will shape small balls of pasta, stretch the dough, top with tomato and mozzarella, bake the pizza. Don't worry about final result as our pizza master Francesco will get out the Italian pizzaiolo that is inside you. When pizza is ready you will seat at the table to eat your self-made pizza and drink a good glass of wine or beer. At the end of the course we will send you a file with detailed instructions on the course you have completed. I am looking forward to seeing you here. Ciao.

From train station follow the sign for the Giotto Chapel, our school it is right behind it. From train/bus station it is 10 minutes walk. If you come by car you can park in the close by parking lot "Padova city centre parking".

Itinerary

You will learn how to make a delicious Italian pizza. A professional pizza chef will explain you the basics of pizza: ingredients, temperature, dough rising, oven and other instruments needed to make your perfect pizza. You will receive a white apron and you'll be ready to start the cooking experience. You will be assigned a working station provided with all tools and instruments to make your best pizza. You will make the dough with your hands, you will learn how to stretch it and afterwards you will top the pizza with your favorite ingredients and cook it. We have trained more than thousand people from all over the world, we really know how to get the Italian Pizzaiolo inside you. At the end of the experience we will sit down eating pizza and drinking all together.

So much fun making (and eating) pizza!

We had an amazing time with Chef Francesco learngn how to make pizza! It was just the two of us and had great instructions on how to make pizza and we had so much fun. The best part of course was eating the pizza we made. Delicious! A top notch experienced.

We had a great time with Franscesco as our teacher to make a great Italian style Pizza. He is a very likeable guy, and gives great explanations and instructions on how to make the pizza. Afterwards you get an online version of the recipe on how to make the pizza. Would definitely recommend!!!

This was a great activity. Francesco was so nice and informative. We learned a lot about making pizza. We made our own pizzas and then at the end of our class we sat down to enjoy it. We highly recommend Francesco’s class.

Francesco was a great teacher. He demonstrated the techniques slowly and clearly and then helped us put it into practice. We had a fun time and the pizzas were delicious!
